What data we collect
When you send a message with the form on the Contact page, we receive your name, company, phone number, email address, the topics you select and your message. We use this data only to reply to you and handle your request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries, or steps prior to a contract if you ask for a quotation.
The message is stored in the website database and sent to our email. We keep messages for up to 12 months. Messages are deleted from the website database automatically after 12 months.
The site uses no visitor analytics or advertising tracking.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. The following services process data on our behalf:
- SMTP2GO: delivers form messages to our email. SMTP2GO operates in New Zealand, which the EU has found to provide adequate data protection.
- Google: the site fonts are loaded from Google servers, and the map on the Contact page is embedded from Google Maps. When a page loads, your browser’s IP address is passed to Google, which may transfer data to the United States.
Your rights
You have the right to
- check what data we hold about you
- ask us to correct inaccurate data
- ask us to delete your data
- object to the processing of your data or ask us to restrict it.
